Men

Chest	With arms relaxed at your sides, measure the fullest part of your chest, keeping the tape parallel to the floor.
Body Length	Measure from center back from base of neck to hip.
Neck	Measure around the base of your neck (at Adam’s apple), keeping tape a bit loose.
Sleeve Length	Hold Arm out straight to the side, away from the body. Measure from the center back of your neck to the shoulder and all the way down the arm to the wrist bone
Waist	Keep one finger between tape and body, measure around body where pant waist normally rides. For wearing comfort measure over shirt, not over pant.
Hip	Stand with your heels together and measure around the fullest part of your hips, keeping the tape parallel to the floor.

Women

Bust	With arms relaxed at your sides, measure the fullest part of your bust, keeping the tape parallel to the floor.
Natural Waist	Measure around the waist at the narrowest part of your torso, keeping tape parallel to the floor and one finger between tape and your body.
Hips	Stand with your heels together and measure around the fullest part of your hips, keeping the tape parallel to the floor.
