BloodGuard® - 1 Year Blood Resistance Limited Warranty
BloodGuard® apparel (excluding decoration) is warrantied to be Blood resistant (ink and dye stains are excluded) for one (1) year from date of purchase from an authorized dealer. If your BloodGuard® garment (excluding decoration) is Blood stained and the stain does not come out after you apply a pre-wash treatment and wash it according to the care instructions, Bimini Bay Ouftitters, Ltd., at its sole discretion, will remedy or replace with an equivalent new garment.
To qualify for Bimini Bay’s BloodGuard® warranty, the original purchaser must return the Blood stained garment to Bimini Bay Outfitters, Ltd., (the purchaser is responsible for the cost of shipping), along with the original receipt, Return Request Form and your credit card information to cover the $9.95 cost for shipping/handling of the return of your remedied or replaced BloodGuard® garment and any applicable sales tax. Please allow 4 weeks for processing.
